Angel Food Cake

So, I made an Angel food for Valentine's day this year. It was really good and I might just be making one every year from now on! It was a lot easier than I was thinking it was going to be. For some reason I thought it was going to be this big, long, complicated ordeal, but that was not the case. The recipe I found is easy and tasty! Enjoy!

Valentine's Day

I know it's late, but thought I would make a little post. We were all sick the week before with the flu. It started with Hayden and then went through all of us within the next couple of days. We were all miserable. We all had fevers and this nasty cough. The kids missed a Valentine's party and Chad and I didn't feel like going out. We were feeling better by Valentine's day, so Ellie took some cards to school and passed them out. We made cookies and had lots of treats. Chad and I made our own Valentine's this year. It was a good day and I'm glad we were feeling well enough to celebrate with the kids.

I have to make a special post all about this boy. We call him our adventurous gentle giant. He loves getting into mischief and being all crazy and rambunctious, but he is also so sweet and gentle with Beckham. He loves playing with his trucks, cars, trains, and planes. He loves stickers and painting. He loves cuddling and giving hugs and kisses. He is the funniest kid and makes me laugh often. Here are some pictures that put a smile on my face. I love my Hayden!

Sweet Boys!

Hayden LOVES playing with Beckham and he is very gentle and sweet with him. I came around the corner from the kitchen and found them like this. I think it's the sweetest thing ever!
