We went to the Pumpkin Patch a couple weeks ago and got some pumpkins and last week we decided to carve them. The kids had fun. Ellie didn't like sticking her hand in the pumpkin to clean it out, so she got a spoon. Hayden dug in with his hands and a spoon. There were seeds everywhere! They had fun, but Chad was trying not to freak out over the mess they were making. I told him that carving pumpkins is always messy and that I would worry about the clean up.

They are so cute with their pumpkins! It's funny the differences between boys and girls. Ellie not liking the icky and Hayden ready to dig in.
